Genetically modified organisms (GMOs) are living organisms whose genetic material has been manipulated through genetic engineering, creating combinations of genes that do not occur in nature or through traditional crossbreeding methods. All of our products are GMO-free.

The effects of hormonal imbalances in our bodies amplified by consuming unfermented soy in our diets is an increasing concern. Since soy is a significant ingredient in the American animal's feed mix, eliminating soy in poultry and swine rations is step we can take to limit those effects.

Our animals are never treated with growth hormones or steroids.

Animals are raised on pasture without confinement.

100% grass fed and finished. Animals are intensively grazed on fully regrown pastures during the growing season. Moved to new grass at least twice per day, these cattle are bred, born and managed as one herd. Multiple generations of this management are present in the same herd, raising the educational experience of new calves as they are born on green, growing forages in the pasture. The brief dormant season in PA is also 100% grass for these cattle in the form of hay.

Commonly used as a flavor enhancer, MSG has been known to cause health issues. None of our meats contain MSG.

Processed meats such as bacon, sausages, and beef sticks often contain added nitrates. There are no added nitrates/nitrites in any of our meats.

From May through October, fresh chicken and duck are available every few weeks. Fresh turkey is available in November. We think our fresh cuts are some of the best!

Homogenization transforms the cream and low-fat milk into one smooth beverage. Non-homogenized milk does not go through this mechanical process, leaving a delicious cream that rises to the top for you to enjoy!

Our 100% grass-fed meats contain no refined or whole grains.

Concerned about your sugar consumption? Most of our products do not contain any added sugar.

Need to cut dairy from your diet? Most of our products are dairy-free.

It can be difficult to find meats from animals who have not received antibiotics.

This item has been canned or preserved for easy long-term storage.
