Nutrient-dense, creamy. Liquids (whey) are strained out leaving a thick, delicious, mild-flavored yoghurt. Can be used in baked goods, sauces, dips, and substituted for sour cream. It is excellent with fresh fruit, maple syrup, honey or jam. This is a 1 quart jar.
