Our lamb is 100% grass-fed. Sheep are free of antibiotics, growth hormones, and GMOs. Internal parasites are controlled by grazing fully regrown grass and receiving daily moves.
Thanks to a lower lanolin content, our mild flavored lamb is enjoyed by many. Young, spring or summer born lambs are harvested within a year of age.
